Every person’s care needs are unique, so we provide a clear, upfront cost once we understand your situation. Our pricing reflects the quality of our carers, the time invested in training, and the consistency of each visit.
We’re committed to fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees and will soon be part of the Scotland Excel framework. This will allow families to use Self-Directed Support (Option 2) to help fund their care.

We keep things simple and personal. From your first message to regular reviews, our focus is steady support, trusted relationships and independence at home.
Contact us by form, email or phone for same-day replies; we explain services and funding, ask about care needs, and ensure trust with full Care Inspectorate and PVG/SSSC checks.
We visit, listen and create a personalised care plan with meds, contacts, risk checks and safe access, involving family or a representative if preferred.
We introduce your carer and confirm the start date. For larger packages there may be a small team, with a main carer you will see most often.
Expect calm, unhurried support at agreed times, and clear notes recorded in our system and stored safely after each visit. You will have a named contact in our office.
Every three months we will review with you via phone and conduct a face to face review every six months or sooner if things change. We welcome feedback at any time.
We adjust visit times and support as needs change. If care ends, we ask for 28 days notice.
