We currently serve the Stirling Council and Clackmannanshire Council areas.
Yes. We are registered with the Care Inspectorate. All carers are PVG checked and SSSC registered or working toward registration. Training is completed before they start.
Yes. We’re open to supporting individuals using Self Directed Support (SDS) in Scotland. If you receive SDS Option 1 funding, you can choose Bonnie Care directly as your provider, and we’ll help you set everything up smoothly.
We match you with consistent local carers. For larger packages there may be a small team, with a main carer you will see most often.
We plan small teams so that a back-up carer who knows you can cover. Our on-call is available for urgent issues.
Yes. After your enquiry we aim to complete a consultation within a few days. Start dates depend on your needs and carer availability.
Our standard hourly rate is £40 for 60 minutes. We share a clear written breakdown of costs before care begins and explain any extras in plain English. Travel time is included for local rotas. Care at home services are VAT exempt.
Minimum 60 minutes to avoid rushed care.
We use Birdie to record clear notes after every visit. We can share updates with families where consent is in place.
