Home care visits are about much more than tasks. They’re about supporting independence, maintaining dignity, and having the same trusted faces at your door. Our visits are a minimum of one hour, because we believe that’s the time needed to provide real, relationship-led support – not rushed, task-based care.
We start with a conversation at your home. You’ll tell us what matters most – whether that’s getting ready for the day feeling confident, having someone chat with over tea, or just knowing someone’s there checking in. From there, we build a care plan that’s actually yours. You’ll have the same small team of carers, so you’re not meeting someone new each time. That consistency is everything – they’ll learn your routines, your preferences, what makes you feel supported.
Whether you need help once a week, several times daily, or somewhere in between, visits are arranged around what works for you. Early mornings before activities, evenings for supper, or just a midday check-in – you choose. We’re registered with the Care Inspectorate and use digital care plans, so everything’s recorded, organised and secure.
We believe in relationship-led care. That means taking time to understand who you are, what matters to you, and building real connections. It’s the opposite of task-based care where someone rushes in, ticks boxes and leaves. We’re here to support your independence, not take over. And we’re transparent about costs – our minimum is one hour visits, weekday visits are £40 per hour and weekend visits are £45 per hour.
